Conference Rooms
The resource centre conference rooms are perfect for business meetings, training workshops, job fairs, and educational seminars. The resource centre is just 7 minutes away from downtown Oak Harbor, which allows for quick commutes for lunch breaks during meetings.
The Resource Centre has extra tables (6′ X 2′) and chairs, and 2 easels (must provide your own flip charts). Please bring your own laptop and/or a flash drive with you if you have a PowerPoint or notes to share during your event.
You may setup the conference room to your liking (classroom style, theater, oval, conference, U-Shape). Food and beverages are acceptable, but we ask that you please clean up after use. There is no cost to use the conference rooms. Depending on schedules, staff may be available to help assist with setup but there is no guarantee, therefore we ask that you please plan time for setup and clean up.

The Gardens - Conference Room A
The Gardens Conference Room is a small conference room that holds 15 people, including tables and chairs. The room has a 72-inch T.V. and a soundbar, with two HDMI ports located on the wall underneath. We ask that you bring your own laptop/tablet with you along with any necessary cords. We also have one 15-foot HDMI cable. There is also a small kitchen-like space with a sink, soap dispenser, and paper towels.
The Oak House - Conference Room B
The Oak House Conference Room is a large conference room that holds 36 people, including tables and chairs. The room has a 72-inch T.V. and a soundbar, with two HDMI ports located on the wall underneath. We ask that you bring your own laptop/tablet with you along with any necessary cords. We also have one 15-foot HDMI cable. There is also a small kitchen-like space with a sink, soap dispenser, and paper towels.
The Islands - Conference Room A & B
The Islands Conference Room is both The Gardens and The Oak House Conference Rooms combined. The conference room holds 60 people, including tables and chairs. This setting is perfect for large events, meetings or trainings.
The Lighthouse - Training Room A
The Lighthouse Training Room is a small conference room that holds 15 people, including tables and chairs. The room has a 72-inch T.V. and a soundbar, with two HDMI ports located on the wall underneath. We ask that you bring your own laptop/tablet with you along with any necessary cords. We also have one 15-foot HDMI cable (normally in Conference Room B). A large dry erase board with markers is also available.
The Quarries - Training Room B
The Quarries Training Room is a small conference room that holds 15 people. This room was the former computer lab. While their are no longer desktop computers in this rooms, you can reserve up to 8 laptops. The room also includes a 72-inch T.V. with a soundbar. A printer is also available.

Conference Room Reservation FAQs
The Resource Centre may be reserved area businesses, Ottawa County agencies, or nonprofit organizations. The conference rooms are intended for training seminars, business meetings, job fairs, workshops, and interview rooms. We are not open to the public for social functions (family gatherings, reunions, weddings, graduation parties).
Please keep in mind the time that you’ll need to prepare for and break down your meeting. We recommend adding an additional 30 minutes prior to and after your meeting. This is a shared public space, so please try to be accurate as possible.
There is no cost to book our conference rooms. We ask that you call or email us at the contact information below and include your business name, the event/training and the date and time you are requesting.
All conference rooms are equipped with WiFi. The conference rooms and computer lab all have a T.V. and you can access the T.V. using your laptop or tablet. There is a telephone in Conference Room A that guests are welcome to use for conference calls.

There is a main parking lot out front of the main entrance with plenty of parking spaces. This is located on the East side of the building.
